Terms of Service

Paper Plane
Last updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Paper Plane Chrome extension (“the Extension”) provided by Teerakit Chantrakul (“we,” “us”). By installing or using Paper Plane, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Paper Plane is a browser side panel that helps you view and manage open tabs, email, calendar, tasks, notes, and a daily overview. Features that rely on Google APIs require you to connect a Google account and grant the scopes requested at sign-in. Some features (such as Tabs) work without that connection. Notes may use an embedded Google Keep session from Chrome.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and comply with Google’s and Chrome’s terms for any accounts or services you connect. You are responsible for activity under your Google account when using the Extension.

License to use

Subject to these Terms, you may install and use Paper Plane for your own purposes. The Extension’s source and distribution are also subject to the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Commercial use of the software may require a separate license from the author.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Third-party services

Paper Plane depends on Google, Chrome, and other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, and policies are outside our control. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or account actions taken by those providers.

Privacy

How the Extension accesses and handles information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Paper Plane, you also acknowledge that policy.

Disclaimer

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Extension will not exceed the amount you paid us for it (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue the Extension at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using Paper Plane at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the author’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
